Handles Matter More Than You Think
A handled bag can be carried on a bike or in one hand alongside a phone, which is how most delivery actually happens. Flat bags cost less and suit counter service and small items, but they force a two-hand carry and get set down on surfaces nobody wants food touching.
Grease Changes the Spec
Fried and oily food soaks through standard kraft and the bag fails at the bottom — usually at the customer’s door. For those menu items use a grease-resistant liner or bag, or accept that you will be replacing orders.
