Check Your Dispenser First
Roll towels are not universally interchangeable. Some dispensers accept any standard core; others are keyed to a specific manufacturer’s roll and will jam or refuse to feed anything else. Tork Matic units are a common example. Before switching brands to save a few dollars a case, confirm the roll fits, or budget for changing the dispensers too — most manufacturers will supply dispensers free or at low cost against a supply commitment.
Capacity Buys You Labour
An 800-foot roll holds roughly a third more than a 600-foot roll, which translates directly into fewer refill trips. In a building where a cleaner covers several floors, that difference usually outweighs the paper cost. The saving is in wages, not in the case price.
White or Kraft
