Interfolding Controls Usage

Multifold towels are stacked so each towel pulls the next partway out of the dispenser. Users take one at a time because that is what the dispenser presents, which keeps consumption predictable. This is the main advantage over singlefold, where people commonly grab a handful.

They Are Not Interchangeable with Singlefold

The fold pattern is different and dispensers are built for one or the other. Loading multifold into a singlefold dispenser jams it; the reverse leaves towels falling through. Check the dispenser before switching, because the case price difference is not worth a washroom full of jammed units.
